The Joanne and Ted Lindsay Foundation Autism Outreach Services at OU provides innovative programs for teachers and programming for individuals and their families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our multifaceted approach includes education for professionals, research in the field of autism education and daily living, and support services for families. 


Thanks to generous donors, your contribution to any of the funds highlighted below will be matched dollar for dollar up to a set amount, meaning twice the support for our students.


  • The OU Center for Autism Outreach Services fund supports innovative programs for teachers and programming for individuals and their families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Gifts will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $500, thanks to Lillybrook Counseling Services! *while funds last
Help to improve the quality of life for the autism community by donating. Your gift can help impact hundreds of children, teens and adults.

  • $25 assists with providing free evening enrichments to the community 

  • $50 helps to cover costs of technology and supplies to run camps & programs

  • $175 pays for a scholarship for child, teen or adult to participate in a recreational program

  • $250 provides a full scholarship for teen or adult to join a social club

  • $500 gives a child the chance to attend summer camp with a scholarship

The Oakland University Credit Union has generously provided $100,000 in matching funds for Black & Gold Giving Day! To encourage fairness, we will be releasing half the funds 12:00am (Night Owl) and the other half at 6:00am (Early Bird).
