Double the impact of your gift by supporting the Doherty Oncology Rehab Endowed Scholarship fund. Dr. Deb Doherty brought oncology rehabilitation to OU’s Physical Therapy program, co-edited the cutting edge textbook “Oncology Rehabilitation: A Comprehensive Guidebook for Clinicians," and passionately treats patients diagnosed with cancer at her own Center for Survivorship. Upon co-developing the oncology rehabilitation graduate certificate, she created this scholarship fund to support those pursuing this field.
Give today to support students pursuing physical therapy careers to assist and treat patients with a current or past cancer diagnosis. “There’s such a great need to help people return to as close to normal - what we call their new normal - as possible and improve their quality of life.” Support this special scholarship fund now and double your impact!
